conenction problems with the creator

Hey VastPark team :)

I'm a french developper working on a french serious game project named "La fabrique" -that means the factory. And for this project i want to test VastPark.

so i downloaded the player, creator & publisher bit i got some isseue with the creator i can't connect it to the web, so i can't browser the online ressources...
I set my firewall properly but nothing changed..

Any idea?

Hi Xavier,

If your internet connection is running through a proxy, you will need to create a proxy configuration for VastPark applications to access the Webservice. Please see http://www.vastpark.org/wiki/vp/VastPark_applications_fail_to_connect_to_the_Webservice for details on how to set that up.

If the above is not applicable, or the creator continues to have issues connecting, can you please provide more information on the problem?
  • Error message/s displayed
  • Whether you are able to log in, using the creator
  • If you are experiencing a similar issue with the player or publisher

i'm not running a proxy.

The error is :
" Search Failed :not Logged In
Check your internet connection and try again"

I can log in the Player but not in the player, it returns : Unavailable pass...But i use the same for the player and it works ?? Oo

Which version of the creator are you running?

Ok, i just downloaded all the ne version and now it works...
