Hi Rahul,

There were some recent changes to the avatar plugin, meaning if you are using a cached version of the plugin there may be some problems.

To clear your cache, causing the player to download the latest plugin again, select "Clear Cache" from the "Tools" menu of the player. You will then need to close the player.

Let me know if you continue to encounter this problem.
