VastPark developer zone

Ok so let me get this straight; In order to get new content (models, etc...) one must have an amizon account to pay for storage, and use an app like 3dsmax, or blender to create models to upload to that account, otherwise one has the binefit of using other peoples models to create their world? My suggestion would be to allow users to designate their own storage whether it be on some remote server or on their own comp. The main reason I am saying this is because I can't aford an Amazon account right now (lol), so anything I am able to do free is great!:)
