VastPark developer zone

Hi guys

I was just wondering if you could help me out with a problem.
I have just installed vastpark creator and publisher on my laptop and every time i start it it gives me an error message telling me that something broke.
I've restarted and tried loading the programs and again same error. I've also restarted and reinstall and still the same error.
I have also pasted the error messages below that i get for both programs.
