World Server - Lite Edition¶
The Lite Edition is a headless Windows service.
Prior to installing and setting up the Lite Edition, we strongly recommend successfully running and testing the Developer Edition. Only when the Developer Edition is working correctly should you proceed to running the Lite Edition. The Lite Edition will serve up the same worlds as the Developer Edition so you must not run them simultaneously on the same machine as it is unlikely to work successfully.

- Once installed, activate the application as a Windows service and set it to automatically restart on a crash
- From then on, you can access the worlds it hosts via the VastPark Player
- To troubleshoot a world or player connection issues, we suggest shutting down the service and running the worlds using the Developer Edition server.
