Create a VastPark Account¶

What is VastPark?¶

VastPark is a Virtual World Platform built on the idea that Virtual World can be more efficient, intuitive, fun and useful when comes to online sharing, interaction & collaboration.

With VastPark, your imagination is the only limit.

What is VastID?¶

A VastID enables you to get access to any virtual worlds that are powered by VastPark. Creating your own VastID is free and easy.
All your registration details are kept private and confidential.

Requirements¶

You must have installed the VastPark software already and you must be connected to the internet. This tutorial is for the VastPark Player software but the process is similar for the Creator software as well.

Signing up for a VastID account¶

Step 1. Launch the VastPark Player 1.5. Once it has started, it will open the Login window.

Step 2. Click on the right top link "New user? Sign up here". Now you will see the Create-An-Account window.

Step 3. Fill in your details and confirm you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

If the Submit button is grayed out, this indicates you have not filled in all of the required fields.

Step 4. Click on the 'Submit' button once you have finished filling in all your registration details. The Registration process will take a few seconds to complete so please be patient.

Step 5. Go to your inbox and check your mail. Within 5 minutes you will receive a confirmation email. Please click on it and confirm your email address.

Note that sometimes the confirmation email may end up in your spam box. If so please move it out into your inbox and continue as normal and set email from the domain vastpark.com to not be treated as spam. Any further problems, please contact us via the Forum on this site. The Forum on this site is a separate signup process.

FAQ¶

Q: What happens if I continued as a Guest and now want to register?
A: No problem. In the VastPark Player, under the 'Profile' pulldown menu, click on 'Create Profile'.
