What is the VastPark Platform?¶
Overview:¶
VastPark is an open distributed virtual world platform built on SOA (RESTful web services) and new "meta"-level specifications to describe complex spatial environments (IMML), items (Metaforik) and time-based events (Continuum) in a simple way.
Aim¶
VastPark is aimed at enabling multiple users to meet, collaborate and communicate inworld with their data and services. Developer benefit from VastPark's easily extensible framework. You can create your own open or proprietary plugins and add-ons. You can sell your services and products that add onto the platform with no royalty no matter your size. You can also consider commercial editions found at VastPark.com.
